Open Enrollment/New Student Registration for the 2025-26 school year opens today at 9 a.m. for the following:

-Kindergartners who will be 5 years old on or before September 2, 2025

-TK students whose birthdate falls within the following dates September 2, 2020 – September 1, 2021

-NEW students in grades 1st through 6th

Attendance Matters

Positive school attendance is critical for each student. At Clear View we have set the goal of 97% daily attendance for the year. Last week our average daily attendance was 93.15%. With the cold and flu season still upon us, let’s do our best to help keep our students healthy and at school ready to learn every morning.

Winter Break – December 23 – January 13

The Clear View staff would like to thank you for your partnership and support throughout the first half of this year. It’s through our work together that we have the biggest impact on the academic and personal growth of our students.

We wish you and your family a wonderful holiday season and happy New Year. Please remember that winter break begins on Monday, December 23School resumes with a minimum day on Tuesday, January 14.

Donuts and DeVore

We hope you and your family are having a fantastic break together! As we prepare to kick off second quarter, we want to invite you to join us for Donuts and DeVore on Tuesday, October 8th at 9:00 am in the auditorium for an opportunity to socialize with other parents, enjoy a sweet treat, and hear from Mr. DeVore about what is happening at Clear View. Clear View News – July 16

Hello Clear View Families,

We hope you and your families are having a fantastic summer! As the start of the 2024-25 school year approaches, we want to share some important information about the start of the new school year with you.

Office Hours

The Clear View office is open Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Class Rosters

Class rosters will be posted in front of the school on Monday, July 22 at 4:00 PM.

Ice Cream Social/Meet the Teacher

Please join us on Tuesday, July 23 for our back to school ice cream social and Meet the Teacher event (see flyer below):

  • Ice Cream Social: Churro sundaes will be served from 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM in the lunch arbor area.
    • This is a great opportunity to reconnect with other students and families.
  • Meet the Teacher will take place from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM in the school’s center courtyard.
    • During this time, you will have an opportunity to briefly meet your child’s new teacher.
  • TK and Kindergarten Orientation Meetings: In lieu of meet the teacher, TK and Kindergarten teachers will host their class orientation meetings on Tuesday, July 23 at 1:30 PM in your child’s classroom.

Beginning of the Year Schedules

The 24-25 school year begins on Wednesday, July 24th. The first day of school will be a minimum day for all students TK – 6th grade. Please refer to the minimum day schedule below:

  • Transitional Kindergarten – 8:45 AM – 1:52 PM
  • Kindergarten – 6th Grade – 8:45 AM –  2:07 PM

TK and kindergarten students will follow a minimum day schedule for the first two weeks of school (see schedules below):

2024-25 PTA Board Elections

It is time for us to begin to nominate and elect a PTA board for the 2024-25 school year! We encourage you to thoughtfully consider participating in the PTA at Clear View. Open positions for the 2024-25 PTA Board include: President, Vice President of Membership, Vice President of Programs, Treasurer, Secretary, Auditor, Historian, and Parlimentarian.
