New Testing Kiosks

Last week CVESD opened 3 additional testing locations, Castle Park, Clear View, and Eastlake, to help provide additional access to testing. Currently, the testing kiosks are only administering PCR tests and are open from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. We noticed last week that PCR test results were received between 24-36 hours.

COVID CLINIC Weekly Testing Program

Last week CVESD announced a new COVID Clinic weekly testing program that will take place at all district schools beginning in February. This is “opt-in” testing. If you are interested, you can provide consent through the email you received last week from COVID Clinic.

The launch of the weekly testing will begin in February; additional information will be provided as we get closer to an official start date of the testing at Clear View. The district is piloting the process at a few schools before it is fully implementation across the district.

The Chula Vista Elementary School District sent out an FAQ to answer some of your questions regarding the process and the implementation at our school.
